Deneá McBroom
Soror Deneá McBroom was initiated fall 2024 through Sigma Eta Zeta Chapter in Long Beach, California. She holds her Current Membership with Sigma Eta Zeta Chapter where she has been financial and active since her induction. Soror McBroom proudly serves the organization in her position as the Public Relations Chairperson and sits on many other committees. She also served as cochair on the 24th Annual R.O.O.T.S. Celebration Committee.
Professionally, Soror McBroom is an educator in Los Angeles Unified School District and supports students in a variety of ways beyond the school day. In addition to her role as classroom teacher, she teaches robotics and art to first through fifth grade students. Denea has also worked as multi-hyphenate coordinator.
Soror McBroom enjoys traveling. Having been to six of the seven continents, Denea plans to visit the seventh, Antarctica, in 2027. Additionally, she enjoys learning new skills, taking on new hobbies and painting (both fine and house).

LaShanon Aldoph
Soror La Shanon Aldoph was inducted into Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated in December
2020, as a Centennial Zeta, through Sigma Eta Zeta chapter. She is a graduate of the 2021
ZOL Cohort 9 and 21st Century Innovative Leadership Program in 2022. Currently, she servesher chapter as the Secretary, the Chair of the R.O.O.T.S. Celebration, and supports numerous committees.
Soror Aldoph holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and works as a Business owner
and for the State of California. Her goals and aspirations are to instruct, support and
encourage her children in excelling in their education, to share a message of Hope to women and young girls through her Retail Collection, and to continue to create memorable momentsthrough her Event Planning Company. In her spare time, she enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, serving in the Children's Church, and catching up on her favorite TV
shows.

Matilde "Mattie Espinosa
Soror Espinoza became a member of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc. in the Spring of 2012 through the Alpha Omicron chapter on the campus of California State University, Chico. After receiving her bachelor of arts degrees in both Criminal Justice and Anthropology, she moved to Southern California and transferred into Sigma Eta Zeta graduate chapter, in Long Beach, CA.
As a Zeta, Mattie loves the principles of Sisterhood and Service as she has a genuine love for people. To date, she has attended several leadership conferences and training programs within the sorority to better equip her to serve in different capacities. She is excited to serve in the position of Corresponding Secretary as she is now ready to grow in leadership and enhance her skills while acquiring new ones.
As a mom, she’s careful to take time for herself and dive into a new book, attend community service events and catch a few sunsets at the beach.
