Our Executive Board is made up of individuals with innovative ideas and expertise. They aim to propel the vision of our founders, acclimate to the evolving priorities of our International Board of Directors, and give strategic guidance and supervision to our chapter, guaranteeing its prosperity in the long run.

Advisor, Pearlettes
Reishalle Johnson, MPA
Soror Johnson became a proud member of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated Fall 2020, as a
Centennial Zeta, through Sigma Eta Zeta chapter, Long Beach, CA. She earned a Bachelor of Art
Degree in Public Administration from CSUDH and a Master of Public Administration from CSULB.
Soror Johnson has been employed with the County of Los Angeles for over 20 years. She currently works for the Department of Public Social Services as a GAIN Services Worker where she assists participants on CalWorks to obtain gainful employment. As a GAIN Services Worker, she also evaluates participants for mental health, substance abuse, and domestic violence.
Since her induction into Zeta, Soror Johnson has served on the following committees: Membership,
Amicae, ZYG (Archonettes & Amicettes), Nominations & Elections, and R.O.O.T.S. Celebration.
Soror Johnson has received her certification’s in ZOL (Cohort 9), Zeta Amicae, Membership Intake
Process, Risk Management, and Zeta Youth Advisor. To date, she has attended several leadership conferences on State and Regional levels.
Soror Johnson loves to give back to those in need, therefore, her favorite principle is service. Various training programs within Zeta has prepared her to do the work of Zeta.
Soror Johnson is a mother of one daughter and three fur babies (Nala, Lobo, and Missy). She
loves everything Disney and is a season pass holder (without blackout dates) to the Happiest
Place on Earth, Disneyland. She is also the sole proprietor of two small online business; Evelyn
Rae’s Boutique, a jewelry and accessory store as well as Evelyn’s Vinyl Boutique, a custom print,
and craft business. Her hobbies include going to Disneyland solo, event planning, traveling, and
crafting. Her goal is to expand her online jewelry and accessory store to a store front business.
Soror Johnson volunteers at church, teaching Sunday school to the youth and is excited to work with the Pearlettes as their youth advisor. She also enjoys spending time with family & friends while making memories and sisterly connections through Zeta.

Advisor, Amicettes
Desimonae Wilkes
Ms. Wilkes brings over 24 years of dedicated service as an employee of the Los Angeles County Department of Mental Health, where she currently serves as a Senior Deputy Public Guardian. In this role, she works closely with individuals who are gravely disabled, providing essential care, advocacy, and support.
Throughout her career, Ms. Wilkes has combined her professional expertise with her entrepreneurial spirit, consistently holding roles centered on customer service and demonstrating a strong commitment to helping others. Her passion for community engagement is evident through her active involvement in committees and community-based initiatives. She is enthusiastic about bringing her extensive experience and leadership skills to every endeavor she pursues.
She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Interdisciplinary Studies with a minor in Human Studies, as well as a Master’s degree in Public Administration with a specialization in Organizational Leadership from National University.
In December 2019, Ms. Wilkes became a proud member of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated, joining the graduate chapter of Sigma Eta Zeta in Long Beach, California. Through this dynamic sisterhood, she has built meaningful connections with like-minded women who share her passion, drive, and commitment to service.
As an active member, Ms. Wilkes serves as a Zeta Youth Advisor and served as the Retreat Co-Advisor. Since her induction, she has contributed to several committees, including Membership, Youth Committee, Retreat, and Roots, further exemplifying her dedication to leadership and community impact.

Royetta S. Perry, MSLM, PMP
Soror Perry has been an active member since 1996, is a chartering member of Sigma Eta Zeta chapter, and a Diamond Life member of the sorority. She has served our sisterhood as the National Co-Director of Youth Affiliates, Regional Protocol Coordinator, Regional Youth Coordinator, State Asst. Secretary and a host of positions on the local level bringing her innovative ideas and stellar programming to grow and strengthen the organization and auxiliaries. She recently served on the Int'l Chapter Charter & Expansion, the Int'l Retention & Embellishment Teams, and the ZNEF Scholarship Review Team.
Royetta is an alumnus of California State University, Dominguez Hills (BA); University of La Verne (MSLM); and holds a global designation for Project Management Professional (PMP) with a demonstrated history of developing and supporting teams, managing and coordinating the operations of working groups, resource groups, stakeholders, and volunteers.
Royetta's professional and educational journey has developed her as an business owner, entrepreneur, Realtor®, strategic planner, life coach/trainer/mentor, project leader, and a champion for young professionals.
In her spare time, Royetta enjoys quaint gatherings, tea parties, puzzling, traveling, and spending time with family and friends, and cherished moments with her three children and husband.
