Keishana Blackmon
Soror Blackmon has been a proud member of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc. since December 2019 through Sigma Eta Zeta chapter. She holds a Master of Arts in Human Resource Management and a Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Administration and works as a Healthcare Manager for a Federally Qualified Health Care Center where they provide services for a community of low income, uninsured and homeless individuals. Her department is responsible for coordinating all healthcare needs including mental health, medication assistance treatment programs, connecting families in need of unique providers and services for people with developmental disabilities and other resources as needed.
In her short time as a Zeta, she has served as the Executive Board Secretary, Hospitality Chair, Nominations and Elections Chair and Financial Secretary, and Amicae Advisor while also working as a member on the following committees: Scholarship, Membership, ZHOPE, Public Relations, R.O.O.T.S., ZYA (Archonettes), SoCal Sigma-Zeta Council and Sigma-Zeta Council Bylaws. She has obtained certifications to work with new members, undergraduates, Zeta Youth Auxiliaries, and Zeta Amicae.
Soror Blackmon is a mother of three and grandmother (Mimi) to three who enjoys football, basketball, most outdoor activities and spending time with her family & friends. In her spare time, she loves to read books, craft, bake and go on solo foodie missions.

Tina Robinson, MBA
Soror Robinson was initiated into Zeta Pho Beta Sorority, Inc. in the spring of 2021 through Sigma Eta Zeta chapter in Long Beach.
She holds a MBA and has worked for Los Angeles County Child Support Services Department as a Supervising Child Support Specialist in the Communications and Community Outreach team.
Tina loves family and fun! In her spare time you will find her out with her husband, grandchildren and her mother walking around Disneyland or sitting in the audience at one of her favorite talk shows.

Ratoya R. Dawson
Soror Dawson was initiated into Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc in Fall 2010 through Sigma Eta Zeta Chapter in Long Beach,California.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Mass Communications with a Minor in Humanities from California State University, Dominguez Hills.
From the start of her time in Zeta, she has held the position of Finance Manager and Financial Secretary and has served on the following committees: Zeta Youth Auxiliaries, R.O.O.T.S. Celebration, Sisterhood Retreat and Scholarship.
Professionally, she has been a Private Wealth Associate within the Finance industry for over 9 years.

In her spare time, Soror Dawson loves spending time with her family, friends and finding new brunch spots on the weekends since she is a foodie.
