Soror Blackmon has been a proud member of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc. since December 2019 through Sigma Eta Zeta chapter. She holds a Master of Arts in Human Resource Management and a Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Administration and works as a Healthcare Manager for a Federally Qualified Health Care Center where they provide services for a community of low income, uninsured and homeless individuals. Her work includes managing access to medical and mental health services, maintaining regulatory compliance, and improving care quality through her involvement with the Quality, Audit and Risk Management teams.
In her time as a Zeta, she has served as the Executive Board Secretary, Hospitality Chair, Chair of Nominations and Elections and Financial Secretary, and Amicae Advisor while also working as a member on the following committees: Scholarship, Membership, ZHOPE, Public Relations, R.O.O.T.S., ZYA (Archonettes), SoCal Sigma-Zeta Council as a Liaison and serving on the Sigma-Zeta Council Bylaws committee.
Beyond her work and service, Keishana is a devoted mother of three, proud grandmother of four, and loving auntie to five nephews. She enjoys watching football and basketball, participating in outdoor activities, and spending quality time with her loved ones. Her personal interests include reading, crafting, baking, exploring new brunch spots, cruising and solo missions.
